We know how annoying and frustrating it is to wait on your order—we've all been there. In this article, we're going to break down what goes on behind the scenes to cut down on your worries! 


The Shipping Process

The order is automatically sent to our shipping software when we successfully receive your email. From there, our shipping department picks and packs your order. Once we have double-checked that everything's correct, we will print your label. This is when you will receive an email with your necessary tracking information. 


At our shipping cutoff time (3:30 PM CST), our shipping team will drop off all orders we received that day and the night before. At this point, the shipping service will sort all of the packages and get them scanned into their system. Once they have been scanned in, you will see an update on your tracking number.


Most orders are processed within 24 business hours. Our business hours are weekdays Monday thru Friday (exluding federal holidays). 


Shipping options

Once the courier has scanned your order into their system, you will receive your package within the timeframe for the option you chose at checkout:

  • Free Shipping takes around 5-10 business days 
  • Ground takes around 3-7 business days
  • Expedited takes around 2-4 business days


If the timeframe has passed, but you have not received your package (excluding delays), reach out to us, by submitting a ticket and we'd be happy to assist you!
