Tracking Your Order

When your order has successfully been processed and packed, we will purchase the appropriate label for your order. At this point, our shipping software will automatically email you with all of the necessary tracking information. If you have not received this email for more than 3 business days, make sure to check your spam folder as well as verify that you gave us the correct address. In the case that you inputted the wrong email, submit a ticket, and we'll fix it for you!


What's in the email?

When you receive the tracking email, you will have access to your tracking number as well as our own tracking portal. When you click the tracking number link in your email, it will take you to the D8 Super Store order tracking page. From here, you can track the progress of your special package!
