*Please note that business days refer to weekdays (Monday - Friday)! Our courier does NOT process orders over the weekend*

What shipping methods does Super Store offer?

Currently, we offer three shipping options: Free Shipping, First Class, and Priority. 

• Free Shipping can take anywhere from 5-10 business days after shipping
  
• Ground can take anywhere from 3-7 business days after shipping
• Expedited can take anywhere from 2-4 business days after shipping

We cannot always give an exact estimate on shipping times because there are many factors that go into shipping: processing times, weather, location, etc. 

If your package has shipped but hasn't arrived by the latest promised delivery date (not including exceptions from the carrier), don't hesitate to submit a ticket with us, and we'll make things right! 

How much does each shipping option cost?

Depending on the speed of the shipping option you choose, the price is going to vary.

• Free Shipping: Free
• Ground: $5.00
• Expedited: $10

We will always offer a free shipping option with no minimums, but the other options are subject to change in the future. 

What do you mean by "processing" and "shipped?"

Processing refers to the timeframe where your order is being picked and packaged by us. A status of Commpleted or Shipped means that the shipping label has been created. The package with the label is picked up by the courier on every business day (exluding federal holidays). At this point, you will receive an email with all of your necessary tracking information, so you can follow your order through its journey. Please note that it takes time to scan your order into their system.
