My Vape is Not Producing Any Smoke

While most vapes come with some charge, other times, your vape might come completely dead. We recommend charging your vape for 30 minutes to an hour when you first get it to make sure the battery is charged.

If you have charged your vape, and it is still not hitting, you may have received a defective product. Furthermore, if you ordered a cartridge, and no smoke is coming out, there is a chance there is a defect as well. 

My Vape is Not Charging

If you have charged your vape for more than 30 minutes and the light does not come on or it is still not hitting, it's possible that your vape is broken. 

In the case that your disposable or cartridge is defective, don't hesitate to submit a ticket with us so we can take care of you as soon as possible! Please note that you will be required to submit video or image proof to confirm your issue before we issue a refund or a replacement. Once your replacement or refund request has been confirmed, we'll take the necessary steps to make things right!
